Recounting my experience because this office kept calling me from different numbers even after I blocked one- I had to call back to DNC. Anyone considering this place should be VERY cautious My visit in April 2023 was frustrating and stressful. I was looking for a dentist in the area and saw they were listed as “in-network” on my insurance app so I made an appointment (EOB showed it was actually out of network). I came in for a routine teeth cleaning but ended up only getting X-rays, sitting in the chair for over an hour and a half, and ultimately cancelling the cleaning. During that time, I felt pressured to sign up for CareCredit for expensive dental work I didn’t need. I was told my crown could “come off at any moment,” which later turned out to be exaggerated- a second opinion confirmed it was fine (and 3 years later, it still is). After all the waiting, all I received was a coronal polishing on uncleaned teeth, and my insurance was billed for unnecessary diagnostics.
