Dr. Parth Karia is an endodontist at Smart Smile Dental specializing in saving natural teeth through advanced root canal therapy. He focuses on precision, efficiency, and patient comfort, ensuring each procedure is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

With extensive training from UC San Diego, Midwestern University, and Temple University, Dr. Karia provides highly specialized care using modern techniques and digital technology. His advanced background allows him to deliver predictable outcomes while helping patients maintain their natural smiles whenever possible.
DR. ARA BAKIAN
DDS – PERIODONTIST
Dr. Ara Bakian is a board eligible periodontist at Smart Smile Dental Care focused on helping patients restore and maintain healthy gums, strong bone support, and lasting smiles through advanced periodontal care and implant dentistry.

Dr. Bakian earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California and completed specialty training in periodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. His clinical focus includes gum disease treatment, soft tissue grafting, bone regeneration, dental implant placement, IV sedation, periodontal lasers, PRF, and digital implant planning technology such as X-Guide.
Dr. Bakian is committed to personalized, minimally invasive care using modern techniques and technology. Outside the office, he enjoys playing soccer, attending concerts, trying new restaurants, and building lasting relationships with patients and their families throughout their oral health journey.
DR. KANAK TRIVEDI

Dr. Trivedi earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry and has more than a decade of experience serving patients with dedication and compassion. Her clinical focus includes cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, clear aligners, root canal therapy, and comprehensive general dental care.
Known for her friendly nature and gentle approach, Dr. Trivedi is committed to helping patients feel heard, understood, and confident throughout their visit. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking California’s scenic trails, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her two young children.
